We have been coming here for many years (even thru Covid!!) ever since we returned to the Boston area. The quality and cleanliness of your facilities beat every 4 star venue available. It is truly like staying in your own home!! We highly recommend you to friends and anyone we meet traveling to the Berkshires. In fact we gave info about Berkshire Mtn Lodge to our accountant when our tax return was finished last week! The enjoy Tanglewood in the summer too. AND we will definitely be back in 2 months for 4th of July weekend to celebrate with James Taylor!! Looking forward to it — See you soon!

Clean! One bedroom apartment. Great to have space, and a bedroom door to close for a couple with different schedules; Pool- odor free! (NO overwhelming chlorine dampness) Perfect temperature to walk right in. (No deep end, if that matters); Outdoor hottub during snow flurries! Fireplace in main lobby and sitting room; Small fitness room; Friendly staff; Attended to icy/ snowy walkways, parking lot. No "view,"but I enjoyed the trees outside the windows.

Our room was clean, well stocked , comfortable and inviting. The print outs of restaurants and things to do was a nice touch.

This was our second stay at BML, and it exceeded our first stay (the pool felt cleaner and access to the hottub was better). Though, to be honest, I wouldn't call the place a "resort" even if they do... it's a hotel, but a lovely hotel.

great location for access to all of Berkshires. VERY clean and well kept facility. Staff if excellent and available. Kitchen is stocked with sparkling clean pots and pans. Plenty of parking

Very comfortable beds, spacious living and bathroom area. All appliances and kitchen utensils/gadgets are of high quality. Impecable rooms!! The Jacuzzi and indoor swimming pool are always a plus for our stay!

The property is clean and comfortable. It is close to grocery stores and lots of restaurants around. They also offer free drinks in the lobby and they have movie viewing every evening. All the rooms have their own refrigerator, range, microwave, toaster, cooking and dining utensils, and they even have dishwasher. They also have washer and dryers that you can use free of charge.

We really liked the large, clean apartment-like room complete w full kitchen. The drive there was so nice seeing the Fall colors. Great hot shower. Comfy beds.
